Evolution of Technology and Learning new things

Creating visuals is what I do. As a Graphic Designer with over 20 years experience, I tell stories with my photography and with my videos. My skills include adapting to the changing World around us, as AI is mixed into the craftsmanship of being a designer.

While my opinions do not align with the future adoption of AI, I do use it in work and search applications.

I have worked in environments that required extensive use of AI in Social media and printed content. There is also the added element of AI voiceovers which you will find in many of my YouTube videos, especially in Shorts format.

AI Took Over Social Media in 2025 and causing Waves in 2026

Social Media in 2025 and 2026, has become riddled with AI content that is both good and bad. Many AI Channels took advantage of AI to create AI Slop Content that was unoriginal and AI Cat and AI Animal prompted videos. The entire influx of AI content has resulted in mass reduction in views and impressions. My goal since joining Instagram, YouTube, Facebook has been to understand how each platform works. My intent isn’t to get the most followers, but to improve on my metrics. From Thumbnails to Descriptions, my goal is to improve the videos I create. As a Faceless Channel, it has been a struggle as many platforms favor videos that have faces on them. I will continue to improve my scripts and bring Educational, REAL content on my Channel. Also, I don’t follow 1 Niche as my content follows events and topics that I think are relevant to New Jersey and NYC.

YouTube and Google are changing SEO to GEO

Keyword Stuffing

If you’re stuffing your site with keywords and links, that is not the way to go in 2026. AI search engines want clean and short descriptions that are informative and provide direct answers. Fluffy posts that don’t provide direct information will get you left behind on Google Gemini and ChatGPT.

Will extensive use of AI in your videos get you banned on YouTube?

If you prompt AI to do all your work, you are at risk of being kicked off the platform.

While YouTube is all in on AI, thanks to Big Brother Google, they realize that angering their customer base is not a wise decision. Content Creators who put effort into scripting and creating original videos are losing to AI videos that can be produced in minutes vs days for most people. YouTube has been enforcing rules on “inauthentic content” and “Mass Produced Content”.
If you are scripting and generating AI Videos, you are 1 of millions who are at risk of being removed from YouTube. AI Channels are already being removed by the Millions and complaints can be heard everywhere. Including, 3D Animation channels that might look like AI, but are really not. While the AI Algorithms are removing AI Slop Channels, it is also removing hard working 3D Animation channels that are confused about what is going on. Admittedly, YouTube knows there will be collateral damage along the way, but it is trying to refine the parameter so that the AI Content Farms are the ones that get removed, and rightfully so.

How are Social Media Platforms are changing the Video Editing Landscape?

Video Editing Choices

Adobe Premiere and AfterEffects used to be the only game in town. But things change and Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube have enabled creators to create content without the need for Adobe Premiere. If you go beyond social media, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve and other up and coming apps, are starting to put Adobe in an outdated category for creating video content. Adobe has attempted to add more AI to their software, but AI is not the answer to Adobes problems of being a bloated software that is inefficient and memory intensive.

Brochures, Ads, emailer and other media content

I have worked in the Graphic Design field for over 20 years. Creating brochures, ads, emailers, presentations, flyers, trade show material, and POP displays. My skillset is diverse and I can handle design projects that require knowledge of a wide spectrum of design software from Adobe Creative Suite to DaVinci Resolve and more.
